Fearrington Village
This mixed-use community is located on farmland that dates back to the 18th century. It’s located in Pittsboro, North Carolina, which is just a short drive south of Chapel Hill. It has a small, quaint central square that features shops (including a bookstore) and restaurants. Many people enjoy seeing the belted cows and goats. But we’d particularly like to point out the

Pumpkinfest
on October 29, in which Fearrington’s gardeners and chefs present more than 50 beautiful creatively carved jack o’ lanterns. There is live music and various foods and beverages to be had. Some of your conference organizers are known to attend the Pumpkinfest every year.
